smlm buat cardio 20 min.then sambung buat leg exercize

  1. side squats with barbell 5kg 15 reps 4 sets.
  2. Barbell lunge of a coreboard 5kg 20 reps 4 set
  3. Barbell Lunge onto a step 5kg 20 reps 4 set
  4. Leg Curl 13kg 15 reps 4 sets
  5. Leg Press 40 Kg 20 reps 4 sets
  6. Sumo Squats 10kg 20 reps 4 sets.
