smlm again rasa letih gila taktau la kenape.adoi.tak paham.stress stress!
so kat gym tak focus sangat..cume buat
  1. Shoulder press 7.5 kg 15 reps 4 set
  2. Front Deltoid Plate Raises 5 kg 20 rep 4 set 
  3. Shoulder Fly 5 kg 15 rep 4 set.
  4. Trapezius 15 kg 15 rep 4 set
  5. cardio Treadmill 20 min 



come on fina!5 kg pon tak mampu.hah!




ergh gemuk!sabaaaa fina sabaaaa



tak saba nak tungu huby diet nie.huhuhu
