Training lagi T_T


Semalam kene lanyak lagi.lebih kurang sama je training dengan monday haritu

Cardio 1 hr
Cycle 20 min
Treadmill 20 min 
Then Cycle balik 20 min (speed laju)

Lepas tu

Half Squat dengan weight mcm kat atas tu.15 rep.
Lunges front to Back 30 rep
Stiletto squats 30 reps
Side to side lunges 30 reps

*Repeat 3 sets*
 slalu 4 set kan.smlm merayu so dapat la 3 set kekeke
Pengsan.lembik kaki ku
