Monday Workout 23/4/12

Jumping Jack 50x

Front Lunges 30x

side squat 30x
hold squat for 30 sec

*repeat 4 sets*

(Sebelum tu cardio 1hr,25 cycle,25 treadmill (6-7 speed inline 6-8), then cycle balik 10 mins as fast as i can mmg bergegar hahahaha) then only start ngn 4 steps kat atas tu.
