1.Squat workout 20 rep,4 sets
2.Sumo Squat 20 rep,4 sets
3.Lunges 20 rep,4 sets
4.Leg Ext 20 rep,4 sets
5.Cardio 50 Mins.

    lagipon i byk lagi babe kene burn,my body fat tinggi lagi 36% tau! ya rabbi :(
