Chest Day

Semalam Chest day.huh mmg penat balik terus lembik gila.
liza join kat gym smlm.baru start,hopefully dia rajin la datang ada bertambah sikit geng heeee.

bench pres dumbell 20 Rep 4 sets
incline dumbell 20 Rep 4 sets
bench pres 20 Rep 4 sets
fly 20 Rep 4 sets
cardio 30 mins speed 7-10 incline 6-9

omaigosh bapak gajah!!!hahahhaa.tu masa feb 2012 la..tak sangke i sampai badak mcm tu!hahahah

    org pun baru je stat pg gym hehe lps tu org jumpa blog kakak so semangat membuak2 tetiba hikhik

    akak lom ambik ape2 lagi.tapi kalau mya nak boleh makan fat burner.but,bile dah makan fat burner mya kene workout,kalo tak its a big waste.u takan kurus.
    protein pon akak lom layak lagi sbb akk kne lepas kan stage buang lemak.then only minum protein.
    akk cadangkan mya jaga permakanan.pegi gym.buat byk cardio.kekalkan bende tu dulu.u will see result :)
