smlm try buat cal goal.mule2 dia naik..then turun.bout 40 mins.total burn pon lbih krg 300 gak la
gamba ni masa dah slow down.masa laju tak dapat nak capture.rasa mcm nak tercabut kaki bile incline tu hit up to 8 huwaaaa T_T


and this is my latest weight.hoyahhhh

semalam ktrg main shoulder.shoulder mmg baru few times je i try.mmg terasa mcm di koyak2 kat shoulder tu

1.Shoulder fly 12rep 4sets
2.Shoulder Press 12rep 4 sets
3.Shoulder Back 12 Rep 4 sets
4.Traps (Barbell) 12 rep 4sets


Nil pulak mcm biasa la PT saye yang sentiasa bersemangat kalau kat gym heeee :)
